Guarantees and Warranties

Each of our products supplied by Creative World come with a manufacturers warranty and guarantee, ensuring that only the highest quality products are placed into your home. Creative World also offers a 12 month warranty for any of our products. Furthermore our 'guarantees and warranties are insurance backed'.

Complaints Procedure

Here at Creative World, we strive to deliver the best customer service and quality we can provide. However, we understand that in some situations our customers may not be entirely satisfied.

 

To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the work, please inspect all aspects to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. 

 

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can. Allowing us to rectify any problems immediately.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
